PRIVACY STATEMENT
Moiizo B.V., trading under the name of Moiizo, values the privacy of visitors to its website, its customers, newsletter readers and job applicants, and in particular the rights relating to the processing of Personal Data. Moiizo processes the Personal Data of the aforementioned groups of individuals as a controller.
Because of our full transparency, we have formulated and implemented a policy on the processing of Personal Data of the individuals whose Personal Data we process, the purpose of such processing, as well as the possibilities for data subjects to exercise their rights to the fullest extent possible. We will explain this policy on this page.

Article 1 – Definitions
1. Website (hereinafter also referred to as “the Website”): https://moiizo.com
2. Controller: of personal data: the party that determines the purpose and means of Personal Data processing and is therefore responsible for the Personal Data. For your data, that is Moiizo, Chamber of Commerce number: 87639084
3. Personal Data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person
Article 2 – Collection of Personal Data
Moiizo collects your Personal Data. In this paragraph, we explain what Personal Data we collect from you and for what purpose.
1. Purchasing products from Moiizo
If you purchase products from us, we need certain Personal Data from you in order to handle the order properly. We process the following Personal Data from you for this purpose:
• First name and surname;
• E-mail address;
• Address details (street, postcode, house number, city);
• Telephone number;
• VAT number;
• Payment details, such as bank account number.
These Personal Data are necessary to properly execute the purchase agreement.
We keep financial data for a period of 7 years after the conclusion of the purchase agreement. We are required to do this based on tax legislation. We delete other data not covered by tax legislation after 7 years in connection with (customer) service.
2. Creating an account
You can create an account on the Website. This makes the ordering process much faster and also allows you to monitor the status of your order. We process the following Personal Data from you if you already have an account or want to create one:
• First name;
• Surname;
• E-mail address;
• Password.
We process these Personal Data because we have a legitimate interest in doing so. Without these Personal Data, we cannot give you access to your account. We will retain your Personal Data for as long as you are a customer of ours. If you do not log into your account for a period of 7 years, we will delete your account.
We will notify you of this before deleting your account. 3. Website visits and contact requests When you visit our Website, we place cookies to improve our website and services. These cookies collect Personal Data. More information on cookies can be found in the article on cookies. You can also fill in a contact form via the Website. We process the following Personal Data for website visits and contact requests:
• Cookie data (see Article 7);
• Name;
• E-mail address;
• Telephone number;
• Any information you share with us in the message.
We process these Personal Data because we have a legitimate interest in doing so. For cookies allow us to make the website work properly and improve our services. For the contact form, we need those Personal Data in order to process your request and answer your question. We will retain Personal Data in the context of the contact request until the request or query is dealt with.
4. Sending the newsletter and other commercial communications
If you have signed up for the newsletter, we will send you a monthly newsletter. For sending the newsletter, we process the following Personal Data:
• Name;
• E-mail address.
We will only send you commercial offers if you have given your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the link in the e-mail or by sending an e-mail to info@moiizo.com. We have a legitimate interest in maintaining contact with our customers. Without processing the above data, we cannot contact and inform our customers about offers and new products.
We retain the Personal Data relating to the newsletter until you unsubscribe.
5. Applying for a job at Moiizo
You can apply to us for a job. In order to process your application in the best possible way, we need the following Personal Data:
• Name;
• Address details;
• E-mail address;
• Telephone number;
• Date of birth;
• Cover letter and CV with all information contained therein, such as passport photo, work and other experience, education and training data, preferences and hobbies;
• Availability and leave data;
• Diplomas, certificates and references;
• Other Personal Data provided to us in connection with the application.
We have a legitimate interest in collecting these Personal Data. When we get further into the application process, the Personal Data will be necessary for us to draw up and perform the employment contract. When you enter our employment, we will ask for additional data.
Application data will be deleted four weeks after the end of the application process. If you have given your consent, we may retain Personal Data for one year.
Article 3 – Data retention period
We do not retain Personal Data longer than necessary to achieve the above purposes. The data collected will be used and retained for the duration stipulated by law. If no statutory retention period has been set, we have set our own retention period of 7 years.
Article 4 – Sharing of Personal Data
To provide our services and products to you, such as providing the website, we work with other parties, such as an IT supplier for website hosting. These parties process your data on our behalf and are not allowed to use your Personal Data for their own purposes. They work only on the basis of our instructions. We have also recorded this in a processing agreement. Moreover, these parties only have access to the Personal Data they need to perform their work.
Your Personal Data will be processed within the EEA as far as possible. If your Personal Data are processed outside the EEA, we have taken all measures to ensure that your Personal Data are protected to the fullest extent possible. To this end, we have entered into the required contracts and, if necessary, taken additional protection measures.
We may also share your Personal Data with:
• our employees as necessary for the performance of their duties, but our employees are always under contractual obligation to observe confidentiality;
• other recipients (as independent controllers), if this is necessary for the purposes described in this privacy statement (e.g. the postal service delivering your order);
• another party if required by law, court order or (other) legal proceedings, including a merger, acquisition or sale of assets or in case of liquidation.
Article 5 – Protection of your Personal Data
Protection of your Personal Data is paramount at Moiizo. We have taken appropriate and adequate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access and unwanted disclosure.

Article 6 – Your rights with regard to your Personal Data
Any individual has certain rights under the GDPR:
• Right to access the Personal Data we hold about you;
• Right to rectification if certain Personal Data are inaccurate or not up to date;
• Right to data erasure if you wish us to delete your Personal Data. We will comply with this request only if there are no longer any grounds to retain your Personal Data;
• Right to restriction of processing;
• Right to transferability of Personal Data;
• Right of objection;
• Right not to be subject to automated decision-making;
• Right to withdraw any consent given.
You can exercise these rights by contacting us at info@moiizo.com. We will first verify your identity. In addition, we will ask you to provide the address where you can be contacted. We will reply to your request within 1 month after it has been submitted. Depending on the complexity of the requests and the number of requests, this period may be extended by a further 2 months if necessary. Except in special circumstances, there is no charge for this.
Article 7 – Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer’s hard drive when you visit our website. A cookie contains data so that you can be recognised as a visitor each time you visit our website. For that reason, cookies may collect Personal Data. Cookies allow us to set up our website specifically for you and make it easier for you to log in. When you visit our website, a banner will appear informing you about the use of cookies.

This privacy policy is governed by Dutch law. The court of the district where the administrator has its registered office has exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes concerning these terms and conditions, except where a statutory exception applies.
